KEITH was involved ibn the redevelopment of this 18-hole course with 152 single family homes, buffered by the golf course or water. A small portion of non-useable space will be set aside as open space and a parcel of land at the corner of Pine Island Road and Southgate Boulevard will be rezoned as commercial. A new clubhouse will be completed as well as the new 9-hole golf course, a new resort style pool, and other improvements. A commercial space of 30,000 square feet will also be developed on the corner of Southgate Blvd and NW 80th Street. KEITH's scope of services included site plan preparation, site plan coordination and processing, preliminary engineering plans, site demolition plans, on-site water distribution, and sanitary sewer plans, paving, grading and drainage plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, signage and pavement markings plan, engineering permitting, construction administration services, tree inventory, existing tree disposition plan, landscape plans, irrigation plans, and bid assistance.
