Description
The project involved locating possible obstructions to Runway 24 at the Pompano Beach Airpark. KEITH was tasked to create specific purpose surveys of NE 5th Avenue from south of NE 10th Street to the south right-of-way of Copans Road and NE 10th Street from the centerline of NE 3rd Avenue to the west right-of-way of Federal Highway to show the extents of the current rights-of-way, locate airport fence lines, and create new legal descriptions. KEITH also created two (2) sketches and descriptions of the “triangle” parcels west of NE 5th Avenue. The sketches and descriptions were bounded by existing rights-of-way lines and adjoining City-owned parcels.
