The PIXL project is part of the overall +/- 25-acre mixed-use development that includes +/- 150 townhomes, 330 multi-family units and 50,000 square feet of retail and office space. The project seeks to change the precedent for the City of Plantation to create a more modern look and feel for the project. KEITH was responsible for surveying, planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture. Our team worked with the INVESCA group to advance the overall concept and theme for the project. KEITH was responsible for the design of the amenity areas, pedestrian realm, vehicular circulation, site infrastructure, and drainage. KEITH was also responsible for coordinating the entitlement process with the team.
