Description
The Raintree Riverwalk Residence project is a mixed-use, 30-story residential development proposed along the New River in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This development includes two 30-story residential towers with restaurants and retail on the ground level. The site design aims to integrate the public realm and green space with the development. The design also includes preserving the historic Raintree on the site that is locally classified as a Champion Tree. Additionally, this project will continue a portion of the Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk Promenade that is currently undeveloped on the south side of the New River.
