Description
KEITH is providing surveying, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination, planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the Berkeley Landing project located in Riviera Beach, Florida. The site encompasses approximately 3 acres and includes two (2) three-story apartment buildings with total of 112 units along with leasing space, live/work loft units, community amenities, and surface parking. Civil engineering services include paving, grading and drainage, water distribution and sanitary sewer design, stormwater pollution prevention, and engineering permitting. KEITH is also providing a traffic impact study for this effort.
