Description
KEITH provided professional services associated with planning and landscape architecture for the Mizner 200 (“Alina”) project located in Boca Raton. The project consisted of approximately 9 acres of development, of which a large portion is a green roof and amenity deck. The project boasts luxury villas, private residences, and penthouses. KEITH provided due diligence and a project audit, design development, and construction documents including a hardscape plan, layout plan, grading plan, sitework details, landscape plan, irrigation plans, lighting plan, and pool/water feature sections.
